Video Wall displaying a Cloud system accessed through the internet timeout question

I have a Client with serveral different sites with wisenet wave servers wanting a video wall at their main office. All their Wisenet Wave systems are accessed through wisenet wave sync cloud service over the internet. None of the servers are at the main office. Servers are merged through the cloud to a couple different systems. Currently we use a standard client machine to display all their cameras on a large monitor. Since the client is accessing these systems through Wave sync they’re logged out every 30 days. They want this to function as a video wall in the office that just works and not have to be logging in every 30 days. If we purchase video wall licenses for this client and put their client application in video wall mode will it still log them out and kill the video wall requiring a login every 30 days? They typically don’t have a keyboard or mouse even out for use as this is just a video display. They are not technically inclined people nor is there any in house IT so we have to remote into their machine each time this happens. Cameras are off the screen, they call us. We want to turn this into a foolproof always up camera video wall.

  I would like to inform you that there is both good news and bad news to share.

  Starting with the bad news, I regret to inform you that the cloud login token for the Video Wall application will expire as well after 30 days.

  On a positive note, our team is currently working on developing a solution that will allow for persistent login sessions, thereby eliminating the need for logging in every 30 days. This should be available on a fairly short notice and doesn't require any updates, since it should be resolved on the cloud platform.
