Bosch Flexidome 7000 iR
AnsweredHi,
I'm facing an issue with a Bosch Flexidome 7000 iR, it's a multisensor camera and it takes 4 licenses instead of 1 (because it has one IP) like my other Hanwha multisensor. Can you help me please ?
Thanks,

Hi Vincent INEO,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We would be glad to assist you with your request. Based on the information you have provided, we believe it is possible to fulfill your request. To proceed further, we would require a screenshot of the Camera Settings menu, tab General, that displays the Vendor name and the Model name.
Once we have received this information from you, we can work towards creating a file that should help to resolve the issue you are facing with the camera utilizing 4 licenses channels instead of 1.
Please do let us know if you require any further assistance or clarification. We are always here to help.

Dear Vincent INEO,
Thank you for the screenshots. To complete the request, please follow the instructions below:
- Stop the mediaserver application.
- Paste the resource_data.json file from THIS link to the appropriate location:
- For Windows: C:\Program Files\Network Optix\Nx Witness\MediaServer
- For Linux: /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/bin/
- Start the mediaserver application again.
To stop and start the media server, please refer to the following steps:
For Windows: Open the task manager, select the 'Services' tab, find the mediaserver application, right-click on it, and select 'Stop' or 'Start.'
For Linux: Open the terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and enter the following command: 'sudo service networkoptix-mediaserver stop' or 'sudo service networkoptix-mediaserver start.'
Once you have completed these steps, please confirm, and we will add it to a future patch. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you!
