Nx Cloud connected systems - offline on latest patch only
AnsweredI have many Nx witness systems all running on Windows server and some are connected via Nx Cloud. Late last week I updated a few of the larger systems to patch version 5.0.0.36221. This was primarily due to experiencing higher than usual resource usage and system slowness when playing back recordings.
Ever since I performed the update, desktop clients and Nx Mobile apps are reporting the cloud connected systems as offline and users cannot connect. Restarting Nx Server will reconnect the system for a short amount of time. Nx WebAdmin and a local desktop client both report that Nx Cloud is Connected when it is appearing as offline. Mobile push notifications are still delivered successfully from the cloud systems. I have tried disconnecting the systems and reconnecting them to Nx Cloud but the same behaviour persists. Each system is on a different network with various internet connections and internet service providers. Downgrading back to version 5.0.0.35745 makes Nx Cloud stay connected as expected. There is no firewall or local proxy changes or issues that I can detect.
Are there any known issues or changes with Nx Cloud and version 5.0.0.36221? I am located in Australia if that is of any help for determining cloud proxy issues.
Nx Witness Version: 5.0.0.36221
Client OS: Windows 10 22H2, Windows 11 22H2, iOS 16.2
Server OS: Windows Server 2019 17763.3887
Network Topology: System with the most issues: 2 Servers, 153 cameras, 8 local clients, 2 cloud accounts, Aruba 10gig networking, 1Gbit internet connection.
