    Can you please provide more details as described in THIS support article?

    I recognize the 'issue' for sending two emails, but these should be identical.
    To resolve this, it is likely you send the email to the Owner as shown below:

    Owner means the account which is used to connect the system to the Nx Cloud, and the local admin account (not to be confused with the Administrator level accounts)as well, and thus as shown above; 2 users, which most likely share the same e-mailadress.

    I don't know if you are in the wrong forum, some people might be able to guide you in the right direction, Guilhem Decoux perhaps, but this community forum is owned and ran by Network Optix, and is typically intended to discuss anything related to the Nx Witness Video Management system.

    If I could, I would help you, but I'm afraid, I do not have any experience with Uniview products.
