Uniview NR08XP Email Notifications
In ProgressI've managed to get email notifications working for intrusion alerts. However, for each intrusion two emails are sent. One email is just the technical details, IE: alarm date/time, camera name, device name, and serial number. The second email contains the exact same info along with a snapshot of the event.
I'm trying to figure out how to stop the email that has no attachment. Suggestions?

Can you please provide more details as described in THIS support article?
I recognize the 'issue' for sending two emails, but these should be identical.
To resolve this, it is likely you send the email to the Owner as shown below:Owner means the account which is used to connect the system to the Nx Cloud, and the local admin account (not to be confused with the Administrator level accounts)as well, and thus as shown above; 2 users, which most likely share the same e-mailadress.

If I could, I would help you, but I'm afraid, I do not have any experience with Uniview products.
