Server Stopped Unexpectedly

Hi guys,
The same site I was looking at the RTP issues the other day had an issue on the 08/01/2023 where I can see in the logs that the server stopped unexpectedly which we are trying to get to the bottom of why. Below are the event logs but in the recording you can see a chunk of recording missing which is what raised the issue. We weren't even aware of the second failure on the 11th until looking at this but it only stopped for 40 odd seconds on this event.
Also with the RTP issues, I have reduced the record quality and frame rate which gets rid of the yellow exclamation next to the camera on the left but on the events tab on the right, we do still see RTP errors. We have 3 cameras where we have the frame rate and quality set to high because there are being used for facial recognition using Niro which we are also trying to get the facial cameras working properly but these cameras don't seem to be having the RTP errors like others are and its random across the site which are having issues.

Hi Justin Lucas,
When you get a message like: Reason: Server stopped unexpectedly. it refers to our mediaserver application and most likely caused by a server (the hardware) crash or running out of resources (CPU and/or RAM) and crashing the application unexpectedly.
Can you share the contents of the log directory of your server? In THIS article is described how to find these files.
