Multistream live view problem on Nx Witness

Hi there,

We managed to add a multistream to the server but there are no live view on Nx Witness.

Nx Witness Server version: 5.0.0.35745

  Does the camera work in the Onvif Device Manager?
  Does it show any errors? Is the RTSP port 554 and accessible.
