    Hi Devvon Monahan,

    Since it has been a while ago, since you submitted this topic, is it still relevant?

    It sounds like a database issue and I have heard one other client last week about something similar and that was resolved by restarting the mediaserver? Could you try that?

    If that doesn't resolve it, we need to dive deeper into the issue.

    Hi Norman,

    Restarting the mediaserver (and restarting the whole box) did not fix the issue.

    However we don't currently have any users with issues so it's not relevant at the moment.

     

    I can get in touch if it reappears for any of our users so we can continue troubleshooting.

    I'm happy for the ticket to be closed now if you are and I can just refer back to this ticket.
