OnvdV1VidE1S3 automaticly created after restart
AnsweredWhen a camera restarts, often "OnvdV1VidE1S3" profiles are created (see screen) When they are created, the "Witeness Primary and Witeness Secondary" profiles are deleted and the camera no longer works in the software. I have to go and delete the OnvdV1VidE1S3 proilfs by hand on the web page
How to solve this problem of profile?

Hi Lucas Couvillers,
Unfortunately, we did not see any screen captures attached.
Besides, "OnvdV1VidE1S3" is not a profile created by the Nx Witness, so we are not able to control such creation.Last, the deletion of Nx Witness profile were executed by the camera, so it is likely the camera has its own rules or procedure after restart. This should be investigated and fixed from camera firmware.
Usually, a camera should not delete any existing profiles after restart. Please contact the camera manufacturer support to help you on this issue, they should give you a better understanding on why they were trying to remove the profiles.
Thanks.

Hello, Actually I don't have the screenshot anymore. The profile problem is specific to Network Optix because on other sites we have the same camera models (Hanwha), with other VMS and we have no profile problem And I have this profile problem only on sites where NX WITENESS is installed. However, I will still contact hanwha support to clarify all this.
Cordially
