is there a way to combine two rules?

a connected camera only records if input D1 on the camera is closed. A person recognition runs on the camera and always creates a bookmark - this should only be done when the recording is active

  Hi Carsten Kuntze,

  At this moment, there isn't an out-of-the-box application to create rule dependencies.
  It is something that is being worked for a future release, but at this moment, there is no ETA known for this feature.

  I have heard that people build such tooling with the aid of Node RED though.
