Is there any way to get PTZ functionality on this device?  Supported list shows that PTZ is not available and we have asked that it be enabled.

Since the device is ONVIF S compliant , should it not operate 'out of the box'?

  Dear @...,

  I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. It seems that we inadvertently missed it in our community.

  In case PTZ controls are supported in Onvif, they should work in Nx as well. If you can operate through the Onvif commands, and they don't work in Nx, further investigation is required.
