Can't find Plugins Tab

I don't know how to access the plugins tabs in Nx Witness. It doesn't seem to show up on my camera settings menu.
- Nx Witness Version: 5.0.0.35745 (3bec50d5e175).
- Client OS: Windows 10 22H2
- Server OS: Ubuntu 20.04.5
I'm upgrading from a different VMS and it's a bit overwhelming. I'm having trouble finding the answers to some of my issues
I have however managed to set up a server on linux and connected a bunch of cameras. I really like the interface and how smooth it runs.
I'm trying to figure out how to add some kind of AI integration to give capabilities such as smart object detection, face recognition, etc.
I found the list of integrations and I liked the look of VEZHA but couldn't find enough info on it or where to download, so my next option is OPENVINO as that seems to be free and open source. I downloaded it and placed it in the plugins directory and restarted the server but still no plugins tab.
Any information or a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
