Push Notifications not working on new installation of DW 5.0 on windows server 2022

I installed the latest version of DW 5.0 on a new server using windows server 2022. I set event rules to use cloud notifications, the event log shows that the notifications were sent but the notifications do not show up on any device that I have using the mobile app. This works on any other computer with windows 10 or 11 that I tried.

  Please tell me, which version of the app you use, if push notification are enabled for that system, and which operating system is running on the phone?
