  May we know who your license bought from?
  It is likely we need to suggest you go your local distributor/reseller and ask them to help you.

  Hi Ichiro,

   

  We bought the license form VSP Solutions.

  The main issue is that since the machine that hosts the server was rebuilt, we have been unable to get the server back online.

  Since logging into it, we can see that it is asking for a license all of a sudden which is bizarre.

  Colin from VSP here, can you please contact your local VSP office with license details and we will arrange the deactivation for you
