Camera setting was not reflected

Summary

Shown fps in Nx is not matched with the set fps by camera setting.

Environment

• Nx Witness Versions:
  Nx Witness Client バージョ 4.2.0.32840 (c56b2bc06b90)
  Server : v4.2.0.32840 

Reproduction Scenario

- Opened a camera web page from the camera setting
- Selected AXISP1455LE primary stream from the page
- Also, check streaming info from Nx
- Compared with both fpfs

Expected Behavior

fps should match

Actual Behavior

60fps is shown on a camera web page. But 30fps is shown in Nx info view.

  Hello Yoshitaka Muroi,

  Please update your system to v5.0.0.35745 with following update credentials:

  Build Number:         35745
  Password:         x7fivl

  If we check the release notes for v5.0 we'll find the following:

  Maximum FPS for Axis cameras with firmware 6.x did not display correctly in the Desktop Client. Fixed.

  		So, if you update the system, the issue should be resolved.
