An active key can be revised to support more devices in exchange for shorted expiration date. This is often done when adding additional cameras to an Organization and delaying the incremental cost until a replacement key is required.

The quantity of devices per key can only be increased, and each additional device will accelerate the expiration date proportionally. A replacement key for the total number of devices will be required before the active key expires.

Change Devices Per Key

1. Use the global search function or select the Organization Tab on the left menu.
2. Select the Organization to modify from the search results or the list displayed.
3. When viewing the Organizations summary, find and click the Manage button in the upper right hand corner and select Subscription Keys from the pulldown menu presented.
4. A drawer will open and display a card for each Service, including the allocated devices, total devices, activated keys, and current expiration date of the key.
5. Click on the Service where the quantity of devices will be adjusted.
6. Enter a new value for the number of devices using the Service provided by the key
7. Take note of the new expiration date and click Save to confirm the change.
