Hi Tom, can you provide some more information? Are you talking about the "admin" user account? What is the actual version of the software that is in use?

Hi Leny, keep in mind that currently the camera limit per server is 128. I believe this is being raised to 256 with the release of v6.0.

Hi Glen, if you are using the backup function within Nx Witness you can access the stored footage via the user interface.
