Cannot pull NX Witness RTSP video stream with Admin account

We use "Admin" account to pull the RTSP video stream and Nx server response 401 Unauthorized.

When we change the account to lowercase "admin", it works.

It seems like "Admin" is not a valid account but when we use it to query Web API like /ec2/getCamerasEx, the response is OK.

Could you help suggest to us how to identify the correct account that can be used to pull RTSP video stream?

My Nx Witness version is 4.2.0.34860

  Could you help suggest to us how to identify the correct account that can be used to pull RTSP video stream?

  The default system account is "admin".

  In your case, possibly there is one more account with the name "Admin".

  You can create a custom account, and use it for your objective.
