Plugin doesn't remove from "Advanced Search" window

Hi Nx team, 

I am confused about the plugin always showing in the "Advanced Search" window event I removed it. How can I reset this?

env: nx meta 5.0 on windows

  Hello Scott,

  Showing plugins is left intentionally exactly for this purpose, i.e. searching metadata even if a plugin was removed from the system.

  How can I reset this?

  By resetting Server database, i.e. by removing the database. The Server will recreate an empty one.
