Rules Engine - Custom names

Hello there,

We do LOVE NX a lot but we have a love-hate relationships with way rules controls are exposed. More of this messages will be posted next.

A way to use Custom Names for rules will be way so helpful for us. AS projects grow managing rules goes out of hand. Seriously.

Plz consider this request for a not so far away release.
