Body worn camera integration issue SOS button trigger Web MAP

Dear Support,

        Sorry for the bothering, this is Bill, and we have been working our body cam to integrate with Nx. Now we have complete the virtual cam(Video Archvied), and live streaming(Server API for rtsp adaptive) , http events(SOS). However, in our web portal, we have a web page which can show the current bwc location via its gps, and we make it to be the full screen mode which means it can show the features like below,currently, we can only open the map page manually. If we want to let the map pop out automatically with the generic event comes in(for our SOS button), is there any way we can make it on 5.0 ?

  You could preconfigure a layout for each camera in question and configure a camera rule.

  When: Generic event

  Action: Open layout.

  Sorry, this is a bit off-topic but I see there seems to be little development in body-worn camera support.

  Do your cameras automatically upload footage to NX? This includes cameras going in and out of Wifi coverage.

  Yes, we will upload to Nx via API with the virtual camera,and also we support both LTE and Wifi
