Plugin and merged systems

According to this - plugin from primary server can not process frames from other servers in merged system. It would be nice to have such feature for two reasons:
1. Easier setup and support
2. Currently every server has the ability to control plugin behavior (well, because its his own instance of plugin:) , sometimes this is undesired

We are thinking of auto-instlling plugins so that once installed to one server, the plugin is populated across all servers. That would simplify setup and support.
But as of now, we are not planning to introduce per-server configuration, as it would complicate UX. Although we understand there might be a demand for that.
