cameraThumbnail use problem

Hello everyone
I use the API /ec2/cameraThumbnail
Grab still image Send to IFTTT icon link location
But I can't see the picture all the time, and a warning such as File not found appears
But using any icon on GOOGLE is displayed normally
Can you tell me why?

I want to use the API cameraThumbnail , to send still screenshots to my chat software
For this test I have used any picture on the web to send successfully
But using API cameraThumbnail can't succeed
Not sure if I'm using it wrong or have to use another api?This icon is successfully connected to the static screenshot image

URL location for screenshots taken via the API
Using IFFF's Send Chat feature
Under normal circumstances, just paste the URL picture location, you can send the picture to the chat software
Any images on google are tested without any issues
So the normal understanding should only be the screenshot URL obtained by the API, which should be possible
but keep failing0
