Multiple instances of my plugin even when all plugin libs are deleted

Please how can I remove them plugins from the list?
I changed the plugin ID, but then changed back to original

  The records are created per plugin ID and remain in the database even in the plugin binary is removed from the system. It's done intentionally, since object metadata generated by the plugin has to be identified.

  The only way at the moment is to reset the database. Remove database files. The Server will recreate them
