1. Does the API support sending audio message (like the Play sound action/rule)?

2. Does the API support sending audio speech/stream to a camera audio output?

  1. You can use the /api/createEvent call.
  Unfortunately, we do not have another API call for your case. More details about /api/createEvent are described in THIS article.

  You can also use the Custom Event Generator by following the LINK.

  2. No, this is not supported.
