Web streaming keeps loading
AnsweredI have 1 server wich is connected to the NXcloud. App and Application works fine remotley but the web browser doesn't work. When i click on view i get 3 big dots at the center of the sceen and that's it.
I have test it on multiple computers with multiple browsers. Until 2 weeks ago it worked fine. Any suggestions whe the issue could be?
On the local server the web browser does work when i go to 127.0.0.1:7001. Cloud login an browser images localy on the server doesn't work. I think it could be a issue somewhere else,.......
Also a new test server on my laptop keeps showing the same issue

Hello Tim,
Please provide more information:
Provide details about the environment Nx Witness is running in. This includes information such as what version/build of Nx Witness are you using, what operating system, size of the system (a single server or a multi-server environment), etc. The more details provided in a structured way, the better the understanding of the situation will be had by our support team and development team.
Example:
Nx Witness 4.0.0.29987
Client: macOS 10.13 Client
Server: Windows Server 2019
Network Topology: Wi-Fi access point connected to a single POE Switch with 10 cameras and a Windows Server PC
Special features: The mentioned switch has the embedded firewall blocking the UDP traffic. Also in order to move forward with the ticket, we need to know the ID of the cloud system you are having issues with. To obtain your Cloud System ID please do the following:
-
Open your browser and navigate to the Cloud Portal (for instance http://nxvms.com)
-
Log in to your Cloud Account.
-
You will see the portal and the system tiles on your screen.
-
Click on the System that you want the Cloud System ID of.
-
The Cloud System ID is found in the URL and appended to “systems/”
Example: https://nxvms.com/systems/3770508e-569a-423b-a61a-a85abb0ffff2
Cloud System ID is : 3770508e-569a-423b-a61a-a85abb0ffff2

NX Witness: 4.2.0.32840
Server: Windows 10
Network Topology: Server is connected to a switch with 2 camera;s and a internet connection
Cloud ID is: 0c3a7504-fd4e-47f1-a0d9-eac79de6e59cThe stranged thing is that a clean installation on my private laptop to my home internet connection shows the same problem in the web browser. Until a week or 2 ago there were no issues with viewing the images via the browser.

Tim,
I have just reproduced your steps and I have no problem using the Chrome browser. First, I see the same 3 large dots in the center of the screen, and then the picture is downloaded from the camera. Could you please clarify which browser you are using?
