Referring developers APIs documentation is availabe only in localhost -

http://localhost:7001/static/index.html#/developers/api

OR,

IS the documentation is availabe in internet to refer quickly when the NX app is not actively running

  Unfortunately, there is no such documentation at the moment, but we are working on it and it will be added to our cloud portal in the future.
