Alarm layout for multiple cameras.. they come up live, but don't go away when alarm is done

Hey everyone,
Had a customer with a retail store wanting to have motion trigger video on the layout.
I noted several options for motion based alarms to pop up cameras/video in the layout...
But the alarm layout made the most sense.
Problem is that the alarm layout populates with cams triggered by motion in this instance.. but when motion stops.. the cams stay in the layout.
Customer wanted a security guard to only pay attention where motion was.
In this instance customer would have to close the alarm layout and wait for it to repopulate.. then close.. repopulate.. close..
Just curious if there is any option to have cams drop off when motion stops for xx seconds or similar.
There is too much motion in the store to use full screen per camera options in rules. There would be 5 cams with motion @ same time and it plays tug of war with the display.

This is expected behavior. And at the moment there is no such option that would allow you to do this.
But this sounds interesting, we will discuss such an option with our development team.

Thank you. To my mind it seems like an option to check a box to say drop camera when motion stops would be a logical option.. but I am making assumptions about what's required in the GUI to do so :) Thanks for the consideration.
