Integriti - Refresh Child Devices

We have integrated Nx Witness with Innerrange Integriti Access Control System. There is one issue we are facing. When we want to refresh device (after adding/deleting/mdifying) from Integriti, we get following error: "Failed to Refresh Child Devices: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Looks like a null pointer exception. Please help.

Hi Tagir,
I have High Level Interface between NxWitness and Integriti Pro (21.0.1.17735) using CCTV_NxWitness_Plugin_1.3.0.1841 plugin. I get the above mentioned error when I try to refresh the devices from NxWitness in Integriti.

How does this software works? It looks like the author of the integration (CCTV_NxWitness_Plugin_1.3.0.1841) should be involved, as we don't know what is this software, how it interacts with Nx and why does this error appears.
Can you give us more details what is CCTV_NxWitness_Plugin_1.3.0.1841 and how it works?
I suppose that it uses our Nx Server API?

Please, contact the distributor or Innerrange directly for support. Unfortunately, we can't help you at this stage, as the issue seems to be in the integration itself. If there any issue in Nx -- we'd be happy to help, but developers of this integration should be contacted first (I suppose it's Innerrange)
