Prevent the deletion of important archive segments from different cameras.

We need an option that allows us to prevent the deletion of important archive segments from specific cameras. For example, we could lock a 10-minute archive from Cam #1 within the time frame of 01.09.2026 10:30:00 to 01.09.2026 10:40:00. This segment should remain locked until we manually unlock it. The lock feature should override the standard archive retention policy to protect all locked video footage.
