Ability to reload rather than restart server

Hi,

I've had a search, and I recall bringing this up a few years ago but is there a way yet to be able to reload mediaserver daemon to enable an update of an SSL Certificate? Our automatons restart the mediaserver on renew and we have monitoring to tell us if something isn't right but it would be nice to avoid the downtime entirely, especially with certificate validities continuing to reduce.
