push notification

Hello,

We are heavy users of NX/Wave and have a question regarding line crossing notifications.

When an object crosses a line, the push notification (on both the mobile app and desktop client) often contains a snapshot where the object has already passed out of the frame or is no longer visible (2-3 seconds after). As a result, the notification image misses the object that triggered the event. (see below)

Is there a way to have the notification snapshot captured slightly earlier (for example, using a pre-trigger frame), so the object is visible in the notification?

For reference, we're using NX 6.1 with camera analytics. The camera is a Hanwha XNV-9083R

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
