Multi-Camera Bookmark & Multi-Video Export into multiple MP4/MKV/MOV files

Some of our clients export a significant amount of footage per week, with the local Police unable to accept .nov files they have to manually add multiple book marks to the cameras  they require footage from, and then export each bookmark individually. 

Is it possible to add:
- Multi Camera Bookmarking (i.e. add a bookmark to multiple cameras at once)

- Individual file exports in Multi-Video Exports (i.e. select mpv, avi, mp4 etc and get each cameras footage in individual files from one action in Nx Witness, as most other VMS's offer)
