Add field to Lookup Lists

Hi,

When creating a list of authroized license plates, for example, we should be able to add a custom value for a description or name of the person.

This way, whenever the plate is recognized and bookmarked, we could add the description or name of the person associated with the plate.

Without this custom field, the user needs to always consult an external software/document to match the license plates to their customers.
