Web Page on Layout save toolbar show/hide state

Hi, is there a way to save whether or not the toolbar should be displayed in the layout for web pages? It doesn't seem to capture this setting when using "save layout" or "save window configuration." That would be a great feature, though, as it would allow the web page content to be displayed much larger, providing a better view of the essentials. Perhaps there is a way to do this and I'm just missing it.
