Object Detection Issue

Hello,

We're experiencing an issue with object detection on a group of cameras that have already caused us problems in the past.

Specifically, the original issue was that object detection only worked on the primary stream.

This was resolved by your support team through an update to NX Witness 6.1.2. However, the workaround required us to remove the affected Dahua W2449 cameras, perform a factory reset on each camera, and then re-add them to NX Witness. After doing so, both the primary and secondary streams appeared correctly again.

Unfortunately, I have now lost object detection. The familiar bounding boxes around detected people are no longer displayed. In fact, the object detection option is no longer available for these cameras at all. I only have access to the legacy events that were created before the NX Witness update and the fix for the dual-stream issue.

No camera settings have been changed. IVS mode is enabled (for Dahua cameras), and the cameras are running the latest firmware. At this point, it's impossible to determine whether the issue originates from the camera itself or from NX Witness.

I've searched the forum for similar issues but couldn't find anything relevant, apart from a few cases that were escalated to your support team.
