Analytics storage 'xxxx' is offline

Hi Support,

We have a site that periodically receives the ‘Analytics storage ’xxxx' is offline.' message. The drive it is appearing on is 30TB of pooled storage through Windows which from what we can see is completely stable.

I've tried to look through other articles on this error, however the responses seem very vague. 

Besides adding in another drive for purely the analytics, how can we resolve this constant error message? This site hasn't activated any analytics as far as I am aware, it has a mix of Dahua and Hikvision cameras. Is there a way to disable this?

  I am finding this too. Have not looked deeply at it, but am wondering that it is the type of drive used- if that disk is not being written to, it goes to sleep (I have seen this in the hard drive configuration of the OS- Ubuntu- drives not being immediatly written to have ‘zzz’ beside them).
