ONVIF analytics plugin

Since this plugin is active by default, it causes problems in installations, especially in existing ones where the customer proceeds with the update.

In my opinion it should be disabled by default and enabled by the user when needed. I have systems where I removed it because the notifications of issues with the plugin were continuous and repeat, it was probably due to cameras with outdated FW.
This type of intervention requires providing unpaid technical support to installer clients.
