Event log restricted to first 1000 events

When trying to search through the event log for example in ANPR logged license plates from a camera, the event log restricts the results to the first 1000 results, I would like to be able to adjust this to an bigger amount, as this now results in only being able to search back a few days vs longer periods of time.

I have been unable to adjust it in the latest version greater than this, when adjusting the time range before the last log from the first 1000 logs then we can find the older logs again, this is isn’t ideal as its alot of manual work required.
