Global Camera Image Control

Spectrum allows for Image Control to adjust the rotation of a camera, however this only applies to the layout in use; it doesn't correct the image via other methods of access such as the mobile app.

I think it would be beneficial to have an admin (and possibly power user) option to apply global image control to devices.

The change could be made globally, where individual users could still use a localized version of image control if they wish.

While this can usually be done by simply configuring the camera's settings via the web GUI, this may not always be readily available and in some cases may not even be an option (for example, a camera with no dedicated web GUI using RTSP).  It can also be much quicker if multi-device selections can be made.

This doesn't necessarily address scenarios where camera OSD is used, but in most cases this isn't a problem and would be a huge quality of live improvement for many users.
