Video Wall Default Background

Summary

If a video wall is not displaying any videos then a default background will be shown instead of a blank screen

Description

I have tried to use the background feature but whenever a new layout or camera is put onto the video wall the background disappears. When the video wall is then cleared the background image is gone. Also, when putting a background image on the screen it changes the layout to for example 45Cellsx35Cells which means any cameras put onto the video wall are tiny. At most we have 9 videos on a single wall.
