Feature Request: Hot Failover with Redundant Recording

Enterprise and mission critical customers often require systems to operate where cameras are actively streaming to failover servers all the time. This ensures that, in the event of a server failure, the secondary server is already streaming the cameras and can ensure there is absolutely no loss of footage in this scenario.

This has often been a gap with Nx Witness where a small amount of footage is lost during failover.

In addition to this, these customers also often require the secondary servers to be constantly recording to create full redundancy. Obviously we can get close to this using the ‘shared’ storage configuration in Nx 6.1 where the primary server could backup footage to a shared location accessible to the secondary server, but this doesn't really meet the intent of full redundancy.

This is a fairly high priority for the Enterprise market.
