Hello,
In order for some thumbnail to be shown in the right panel associated with the event, the archive for this time position must exist.
Based on your screenshot, the event happened “~5 minutes ago” but the archive does not exist for at least the last 2 hours.
Whether you wish to have a preview during the event, please don't turn off the camera recording or set up the rule that would be triggered by the event and would keep ~5-10 seconds of the pre-recording.
