Event Action - Open Layout On Analytics Object Detected

Hi,
We are having a problem on the NX Witness Client, with layouts that are programmed to open on a person detected event, opening spuriously when no object has been detected.
E.g.
At Camera: “Drive”
On Analytics Object Detected: “Person” == Open Layout “Drive” = On User Account“Bob”.
No more than once every: 3 Seconds
Playback Time: 5 Seconds
I have checked the “Drive” camera, there is no person objects detected in objects tab when the drive camera layout opens. This is happening across multiple cameras and multiple layouts.
I have checked we have no other rules present than the ones that should be there.
