FEATURE REQUEST: And/or trigger event option for rules

Looking for an option to have and/or a trigger option for rules.
Description
The process here is we have cameras with AI in them, and we are using CVEDIA for AI. To reduce the chance that AI would miss an event, I would like to have the option for either camera AI or CVEDIA AI to trigger the Action without creating multiple actions for the same event. Also, another option might be to have both camera AI and CVEDIA AI triggered to fire the action.

Seconding this, and/or logic is very helpful to alleviate having a million rules. If I want to send an email and a mobile notification and display a desktop notification for a single GPIO trigger (say a hold up button), that requires 3 rules, rather than just 1 with conditional logic.
