Hi

It would be great to have a portal for an SI/End User that allows them access to view licenses that they have purchased. This portal would also allow the user to assign information such as end user details.

The portal would also allow the user to deactivate licenses. Although this capability is in the NX Client, if the server goes down due to a hardware fault, the user does not have the opportunity to deactivate it before putting it on the new server.

The portal would need some further thought with regards to who actually owns the license, for example who should have the authority to deactivate, is it the end user or is it the SI. But overall I think it should warrant some thought.

  Hi Ryan,

  Thanks for the ideas.

  We have long-term plans for two related things:

  1. Adding license deactivation to the cloud portal (the rest of the license management on the cloud portal is already done and will be available in the next release).

  2. Introducing Integrator space on the cloud portal, where they'd be able to see (and maybe manage) their users.

  Also we may extend functionality of our current license portalб so that SI can get access to it.

  I don't have any time estimates for it, but will try to get you updated if I have any news.
