HTTP Live Streaming Error

Hi,

I'm embedding video from Nx Witness on a website. I'm following the the Nx article https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019770334-How-to-Embed-Video-from-Nx-Witness-Nx-Meta-on-a-website

I need to pull and play the bookmarks on the Nx server and it is working well. The only exception is that recently created bookmarks (couple of seconds old) will not load. When I look at the server logs I get the warning:

nx::vms::server::hls::HttpLiveStreamingProcessor(0x7ffb0419c7f0): Failed to get chunks of resource QnThirdPartyResource(0x7ffac941c760, 30bff8e7fdabbc9a5323afe92bfddce7)

After waiting a minute or two, and requesting the bookmark to play again it works correctly. Any idea why this happens?

  The last-minute of the recorded video is not available for streaming, probably that causes the issue you experience.

  This is an architecture limitation, we hope to resolve it this year.
