NX Cloud and Iphone IO14

We are having problems connecting to our sites via NX Cloud using Iphone/Ipad.

We have the latest NX software installed and our Iphone is running IO14 with the latest app version installed.

The error message I get is " unreachable"

  Cloud connectivity on Apple devices has been restored. We are investigating the root cause.
