Search metadata in Object tab

Hi, 

We developed a plugin for ALPR and Nx and have some questions:

1. The search of metadata in the object tab is very slow. (a video: https://youtu.be/kmIsLnTppYM) Please advise what could be the reasons?

2. If we detected a car plate number as: “43거2671” or ABC2671. When search "26" or "2671", these two car plates will not show up.

  Hello Jason,

  It's a known bug.

  When numbers are entered first in the search field the search does not work.

  For example,
  222 - will not work

  222AAA will not work, as well

  Hello Jason,

   

  I checked with the latest patch 32045.

  It finds objects with at least my pattern of 49 in the beginning.

  Try updating to the 32045.

  If doesn't help share with us your DB and analytics DB, please.

  We updated to 32045 but the search is still very slow.

  Slow object search was caused by degraded performance of HDD the analytics database was stored in.

  HDD replacement solved the issue.
