Improved user experience for 360 / dewrapping
Answered1. Make it possible to set the default dewrapping mode for each cameras. So that when the camera is opened from the resource tree it will open on the layout with the default dewrapping from the start instead of always showing the whole 360 image.
So I like to set a camera to dewrapping and 180 mode, then set this as default for the camera to make it alwasy open like this from the resource tree.
2. Disable the aim controls in dewrapping mode by default. Make it so that the user must enable it with a button or hold a key. The problem with having it enabled by defualt is that it breaks other defult behaviours like doubleclicking the image to go to fullscreen.

Hi Fredrik,
- Thanks for the idea. We'll see what we can do here.
- It's already done along with he new PTZ controls. Fisheye cameras won't have the "aim" overlay, and dewarped image can be dragged and will follow the cursor, like in the Google Maps. Clicks and double-clicks also will work as for the regular cameras.
It should be included either in the 4.2 or 4.3 release.
